1. Profile:

Mr. Tan has worked at many FDI factories and water/wastewater treatment consultant firm. He is experienced with industrial water / wastewater treatment system operation, maintenance management, process optimisation, recycling, minimal liquid discharge and cost saving.

Mr. Tan has extensive practical experience in industrial water/wastewater treatment plants like physical-chemical treatment, biological treatment, filtration technologies (MF, UF, RO), Ion Exchange, evaporator. The objective in such projects is to recycle wastewater and zero liquid discharge . He also managed ultrapure water treatment plant project from installation, testing & commissioning to start up process and established the operation and maintenance team, prepare standard procedures and hand on training for client.

With this knowledge, Mr. Tan has operated online technical consultant channels: e -learning website, consultant website, fan page, YouTube to share water/wastewater treatment technologies to public and potential clients. He has a fan group on the water/wastewater treatment community.

Furthermore, Mr. Tan has experience in management and business development. He has ever managed a big team to operate and maintain water/wastewater treatment without unplan stop. He met and connected with many factories in various industries. He is also familiars with spare part, consumable and vendor management.

Currently, Mr. Tan is being water/wastewater technical manager at SUEZ. He is in charge to consult for not only local but also international projects.

2. Knowledge sharing projects:

• Mentor of student group for water/wastewater treatment engineering. I help students to understand their career in water/wastewater treatment field. Lecturer at Ton Duc Thang university.

• Founder of online technical consultant channel with knowledge in ultrapure water treatment at www.helocnuoc.com and www.aqua.edu.vn. . These e-learning about RO, UF, DI, ground water treatment and recycling water treatment technology for operators in water treatment plant, for engineers to design water treatment plant.

• Founder of youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCXhqRQsXNr0-Q8fQ1bVWpJg. These video shares new technologies, new equipment or knowledge in water treatment.

• Founder of facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/locnuocsach. This group discusses about knowledge in design, install and operation water filtration plant.

• Writing the book name: “How to own a water treatment plant” with knowledge about filtration technology (MF, UF, RO, DI) design and select equipment, installation, operation, maintenance and optimise water treatment plant.
